The location was marvellous, just off nightlife, Tower, sea front & railway station as well as the Winter Gardens. Tried some takeout specials at Mickey Finn's, luckily it was just a pleasant stroll away from the venue. ...

The location of the hotel is excellent. The cleanliness could use improvement, and the shower temperature was difficult to manage. A decent stay for a quick visit, but families should be aware of some maintenance issues.

Very friendly and helpful - arranged carparking, joined in the banter and made us feel very welcome. Great position near the front. Good bar and DJ with music to set the tone for the night out!
Hotel needs a bit of a spruce-up, but everything worked OK.

It was just a prime choice for a short weekend trip in Blackpool with very good value for money. The breakfast was cold and the chef was rude when I asked for food to be warmed up. Just make sure you check your room for cleanliness before unpacking.

The entertainment was excellent, with something for everyone. The staff were all very friendly.
There was no mention of the 3% charge for any method of payment other than cash until check-in, which was inconvenient. The bedrooms could do with sprucing up (the tv in the single room was condemned; in the family room the shower door was broken, the beds were lumpy, some of the sheets were smelly and there was rubbish left in some of the drawers). The local car parking charge was £27 for 4 nights.
